Deliveries
We make it a point of honour to dispatch your jewellery as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy it as soon as possible. Here is all the important information about our deliveries.
1. Preparation times
All our jewellery is handmade and each piece is carefully crafted before being dispatched. In general, the preparation time for a standard piece of jewellery is 3 to 5 days.
2. Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the method chosen and the destination. For orders placed from the European Union (excluding Cyprus, Malta and the Czech Republic) and the United Kingdom, customers can choose between Standard Delivery (5 to 15 working days) and Express Delivery (3 to 8 working days). For international orders, Standard Delivery (8 to 25 working days) and Express Delivery (5 to 18 working days) are also available. Delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary depending on the delivery service provider.
3. Delivery options
We offer several delivery options to suit your location. Prices vary depending on the destination. When you place your order, you will be able to see the options available and the associated prices.
4. Order tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link. This will enable you to track the progress of your parcel on our carrier's website.
5. Shipping security
All our parcels are carefully packed to prevent damage during transport. We use the most suitable packaging to ensure the safety of the items during transit.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product, here are our conditions.
1. Return period
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to accept returns or exchanges.
2. Return conditions
All items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. If these conditions are not met, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Personalised or made to measure products cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
3. Returns procedure
You can contact us by email at contact.mentena@gmail.com to inform us of your wish to return or exchange a product. Please indicate your order number and the items concerned. You will receive a return authorisation with detailed instructions by email. All you have to do is return the products to the address indicated. You are responsible for the cost of the return, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. We advise you to use a tracked method of transport to ensure the safety of the parcel. Once we have received and checked the returned items, we will refund or exchange them within 14 days. Only the price of the product will be reimbursed, delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refunds
If you opt for a refund, this will be made by the same means of payment used at the time of purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange one product for another, you must return the original item, and we will send the new item once the return has been made and checked. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of an exchange.
6. Faulty or damaged items
If you receive a piece of jewellery that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at contact.mentena@gmail.com to report the problem. We will cover the cost of returning the item and will arrange an exchange.
