These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) regulate the sale of products offered by mentena on the mentena.fr website. By placing an order on our website, you fully and unreservedly accept the conditions set out below.
1. Presentation of the products
The products offered for sale on the website are handmade jewellery, in particular polymer clay pendants and stainless steel chains. The characteristics of the products (description, price, photographs) are detailed on each product page. The photographs illustrating the products are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the products delivered, in particular due to the natural variations in the materials used for handcrafting.
2. ORDERING
2.1 Order process
To place an order, the customer must select the desired products, add them to the cart and then validate the contents of the basket. 2.2 Changing an order
Once an order has been validated, it cannot be modified. If an error occurs after validation, the customer must immediately contact customer services at contact.mentena@gmail.com to see if a modification is possible before dispatch.
2.3 Order cancellation
If an order is cancelled before it is dispatched, it may be cancelled free of charge, provided that customer services are notified promptly. After dispatch, the cancellation will be treated as a return, subject to compliance with our returns conditions.
3. Prices
Product prices are quoted in euros and include all taxes. Delivery costs are not included in the price and will be indicated when the order is confirmed. Prices may be changed at any time. Products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is validated by the customer.

5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery times
The order preparation time is 3 to 5 working days. The delivery time depends on the method chosen and the destination. For orders placed from within the European Union (excluding Cyprus, Malta and the Czech Republic) and the United Kingdom, the customer may choose between Standard Delivery (approximately 5 to 15 working days) and Express Delivery (approximately 3 to 8 working days). For international orders, Standard Delivery (approximately 8 to 25 working days) and Express Delivery (approximately 5 to 18 working days) are also available. Delivery times are provided for information only and may vary depending on the delivery service provider.
5.2 Delivery delays
If a delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to external events (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

To return a product, it must be unworn, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. The cost of returning a product is at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
6.3 Returns process
To make a return, the customer must contact us by email at contact.mentena@gmail.com to inform us of their wish to return a product. They must indicate their order number and the items concerned. If the request meets all the conditions, we will send a returns validation email containing all the instructions. The customer must then send the product to the address indicated in the email, using a method of transport with tracking. As soon as we have received and checked the returned items, we will refund or exchange them within 14 working days. Only the price of the product will be reimbursed, delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
6.4 Non-returnable products
Personalised or made to measure products cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
7. Guarantee
Products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we undertake to replace it or refund you.
